A Flower Among Thorns
Alone in a dying world,
Bathed in beauty and light
Surrounded by darkness and pain
A haven for comfort
A target for mockery
Yet oblivious to this loathing,
Safe in a shell of warm thoughts,
For her protector, her guard,
The sun
Fighting back lonliness and strife
Keeping out the never ending night,
A reason, though, for her protection,
But just one,
For she was a light in a dark world
A Flower among thorns...
((Meh, searching through my pictures I took and I kinda liked this one, did some efects to it to make the flower stand out...POEM IS BY ME! YAY!))
